Visrox may use various third party suppliers, service providers and partners in order to provide services to its clients. The personal information which Visrox collects from its clients is used and stored by such third parties on Visrox’s behalf for the purpose of providing Visrox with services such as transaction acquiring, routing and processing services, disaster recovery and business continuity services, billing and accounting services and other related service, which are integral to Visrox’s business operations. Visrox employs a variety of physical, technological and contractual measures in order to ensure that the personal information is treated securely at all times.
WHERE DOES VISROX STORE ITS CLIENTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Visrox and its third party suppliers, service providers and partners may process data, including personal information, outside of Canada. A primary example of this is Visrox’s use of its affiliate’s data centre in the USA for storing back-up transaction processing data for disaster recovery and business continuity purposes.
